Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining or coordinating complex rosters, schedules or workforce deployment activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience working with workforce management, human resources, payroll or scheduling systems.
• Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise operational rosters to support business-critical workforce requirements.
• Balance operational needs, workforce availability, fatigue management and enterprise agreement requirements.
• Analyse workforce data and coordinate staffing plans to improve efficiency and resource utilisation.
