Job summary

Best Employment Ltd is seeking a part-time Rostering Officer for our Inverell site. You will coordinate rosters across Disability and Community Services to ensure safe, reliable support by matching workers to shifts and managing changes.

Working closely with Coordinators, you will reconcile timesheets with Payroll and support accurate invoicing. A WC and DBS-style checks, plus a driver’s licence are desirable.

Qualifications

• Must be well-organised with strong time management and accuracy.
• Ability to interpret service agreements and support plans.
• Experience in rostering or workforce coordination is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end rosters for Support Workers across NDIS services.
• Match workers to shifts ensuring safe, reliable support.
• Maintain compliant rosters and manage changes and short-notice absences.
