Job summary

Incluso Services Pty Ltd in Australia seeks an experienced disability services professional for rostering, service coordination and operational administration. The role includes hands-on disability support, working closely with Team Leaders to ensure quality, person-centred care and compliant records.

You will coordinate staffing, maintain service agreements and support efficient day-to-day operations with limited supervision, while delivering up to eight hours of direct participant support

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check current or obtainable before start.
• Current Working with Children Check where required.
• First Aid and CPR certification current.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant services, service agreements and commencements.
• Manage daily rostering, shift changes, cancellations and coverage.
• Maintain participant, workforce, timesheet and operational records.
• Support compliance activities, incident follow-ups, onboarding and training.
• Respond to operational enquiries and escalated matters with Team Leaders.
• Prepare operational reports and service delivery updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
• Deliver up to eight hours of direct participant support per week.
