Job summary

Nulsen Disability Services in Perth is seeking a friendly and proactive Support & Rostering Officer (Part-Time) to keep our rosters aligned with resident needs while staying connected to direct support.

You will coordinate relief staff, match skills to supports, and handle administration, rostering, and timesheets, all while upholding safeguarding and person-centred practices in a busy, people-focused team.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a disability support worker.
• Understanding of support plans, safeguarding and person-centred practice.
• Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft 365.
• Interest in developing rostering and workforce coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relief and casual staff to fill shifts.
• Match employee skills, training and compatibility to each person's support needs.
• Maintain roster, timesheet and availability records.
• Work direct support shifts when required.
• Complete general administration tasks and reporting.
