Gold Coast Disability and Youth is seeking a friendly Staffing/Rostering Officer to join our Nerang-based team on a permanent basis. You will coordinate rosters for support workers, manage client and family communications, and handle enquiries via phone and email to ensure shifts are filled.

The role emphasizes resilience, professionalism and a compassionate approach to working with people with disabilities in an LGBTQIA+ friendly environment. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn ShiftCare rostering.
• Experience in rostering is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Rostering support workers for one-on-one and group programs
• Organising meet and greets/group trial shifts with clients
• Managing incoming phone and email enquiries
• Organising replacements for workers on leave or sick
