Responsibilities

• Own the design and evolution of our revenue operating model across acquisition, retention and expansion.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions across processes, systems and data.
• Connect Sales, Marketing and the commercial function with clear processes and lifecycle handovers.
• Turn market segmentation into practical changes across territories, workflows and systems.
• Strengthen rhythms and standards to support a high-performing, scalable GTM function.
• Partner with CRO and Finance on planning, headcount, quotas and in-year performance.
• Own forecasting, pipeline reviews and revenue performance reporting.
• Monitor pipeline health, conversion and quota attainment; identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate metrics into clear recommendations and actions for leadership.
• Manage sales incentive plans with Finance to reward right behaviours.
• Build a single source of truth for revenue, customers and pipeline data.
• Provide practical insights to help leaders improve day-to-day performance.
• Prepare commercial analysis for the CRO, ELT and Board.
• Track SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, retention, churn, funnel.
• Identify data gaps and turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
