Job summary

CreditorWatch is hiring a General Manager, Revenue Operations (RevOps) to elevate our go‑to‑market engine. You will lead Revenue Operations, Pricing Operations, Sales Enablement and GTM Engineering, aligning systems, data and processes to acquire, retain and grow customers.

You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and build a high‑performing, scalable revenue function across Sales, Marketing and the wider business. This is a hybrid, Sydney‑based senior leadership role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech or subscription‑based businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with forecasting and pricing awareness.
• Hands‑on with CRM processes and GTM tooling.
• Proven leadership, influence and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and evolution of our revenue operating model across acquisition, retention and expansion.
• Lead pricing operations, discount governance and packaging strategy.
• Forecasting, pipeline reviews and reporting with executive visibility.
• Improve GTM systems, data quality and process adoption.
• Drive AI/automation initiatives to improve productivity and outcomes.
