Qualifications

• Comfortable with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
• Experience presenting and collaborating with VPs and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the operational partner for the Global Sales Org, bringing insights to the team.
• Own the design and structure of sales comp plans across regions.
• Identify manual processes and push for automation.
