Job summary

Torrens University Australia Limited is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own systems, data, processes and forecasting across our education portfolio. You will establish a trusted truth source for the Future Students & Growth function, connecting enquiry through enrolment to revenue.

You will build the RevOps function from the ground up, combining commercial insight with technical capability to inform leadership decisions and improve revenue predictability.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience across Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or analytics.
• Strong understanding of funnels, forecasting and performance metrics.
• Hands-on CRM ownership, configuration and reporting (Salesforce preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau; SQL experience preferred.
• Ability to build and present insights to senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own forecasting and commercial modelling across acquisition, study load, attrition and census-derived revenue.
• Own reporting across productivity, conversion, pipeline, targets and incentives.
• Analyse funnel, velocity, attribution and channel return to drive decisions.
• Manage Future Students technology environment, data quality and metrics.
• Design processes and enable revenue through streamlined CRM and data governance.
