Job summary

People Infrastructure is seeking a Recover At Work Administrator in Brisbane to support injured employees, their managers, host clients, and stakeholders in a smooth return-to-work process. You will handle back-end admin, maintain records, and assist with reporting and payroll-related duties for injured workers.

Your role requires strong communication, teamwork, and proficiency with injury management software and Microsoft 365, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience providing admin support to safety or return-to-work teams.
• Accurate lodgement of workers’ compensation claims across jurisdictions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and injury management software.
• Strong liaison with insurers, host clients and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent records management and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support the Safety & Recover at Work teams with back-end administrative tasks.
• Facilitate claims progression by liaising with insurers, host clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lodge workers’ compensation claims accurately across jurisdictions.
• Maintain up-to-date records in injury management systems.
• Oversee incident and injury program administration and databases.
• Collect incident data and assist with monthly reporting; support payroll-related activities for injured workers.
