Job summary

PeopleIN Group in Brisbane is seeking a Recover At Work Administrator to join our growing team. You will support injured employees, their managers, host clients, and insurers to progress claims and ensure a smooth return-to-work process.

Responsibilities

• Support the Safety & Recover at Work teams with back-end administrative tasks.
• Coordinate return-to-work by liaising with insurers, host clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Lodge workers' compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions with accurate documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in injury management systems.
• Oversee administration of incident and injury programs and databases.
• Collect and collate incident and injury statistics; assist monthly reporting.
• Assist with payroll-related activities for injured workers; ensure timeliness.
• Manage shared inboxes and prioritise high volumes of requests.
• Collate and maintain common law and claims data with attention to confidentiality.
• Provide support to Advisors with reporting, documentation, and follow-ups to progress recovery actions.
• Assist with injuries treated under the Early Intervention program.
• Build relationships with internal teams, insurers, and external stakeholders to support recovery outcomes.
