Job summary

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate stakeholder management experience across multiple departments and external bodies.
• Strong report writing and analysis capabilities with experience presenting findings.
• Ability to interpret policy and legislative requirements related to occupational health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate return-to-work strategies for WorkCover recipients in consultation with stakeholders.
• Lead early intervention initiatives to manage risks and reduce injuries using department tools and policies.
• Provide expert information and guidance to People Leaders on OH&S and return-to-work obligations.
