Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a pragmatic Return to Work Manager to lead injury management and workers’ compensation strategies across Western Australia. You’ll work with store leaders, state managers, insurers and external care providers to design recovery-focused claims plans.

In this role, you’ll ensure empathetic support for injured team members and drive proactive return-to-work outcomes, balancing care with business goals. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Return to Work coordination and injury management.
• Knowledge of WA workers' compensation legislation and WHS provisions.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workers’ compensation claims and design tailored RTW plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor to State, Area and Store/Venue Managers on injury management.
• Collaborate with insurers, providers, regulators and law firms to drive proactive claims strategies.
• Analyse injury data with Safety & Risk teams and enhance management strategies.
