Chemist King Colonel Light Gardens is seeking a hands-on, customer-focused Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a busy health and beauty retail environment.

You will coach the team, coordinate rostering, drive sales through outstanding service and merchandising, and partner with the store manager to deliver a high-performing, friendly shopping experience.

Assistant Retail Store Manager – Chemist King Colonel Light Gardens

Chemist King Colonel Light Gardens is looking for a hands‑on, people‑focused Retail Store Manager to join our team in a full‑time capacity. With high customer demand and strong sales volumes, this is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our existing part‑time Store Manager, providing additional leadership, support and focus to help the store continue to thrive. You'll play an important role in driving store performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a positive, high‑performing workplace.

Key responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop the team, building a positive culture where people feel supported and motivated.
