Job summary

Direct Chemist Outlet Pty is seeking a motivated leader to oversee a brand-new pharmacy store in Morayfield. The role focuses on building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring stock control and store presentation are top-notch.

You will drive recruitment, training, and development while upholding safety, policies and procedures. Prior retail pharmacy leadership and strong merchandising skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Current retail pharmacy experience is essential.
• Strong merchandising capabilities and customer service focus.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy; competent with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace OHS standards are maintained.
• Uphold Direct Chemist Outlet policies and procedures.
• Coordinate catalogue and in-store promotions.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, retention and development.
• Provide excellent customer service assisting with enquiries.
• Maintain optimal stock control, ordering and minimal gaps.
• Ensure high-level presentation of the store and service areas.
• Continuously enhance team performance and provide team member feedback.
