Job summary

Direct Chemist Outlet Pty is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Leader to oversee a brand new pharmacy. The role focuses on team management, customer service excellence, and building the store from the ground up alongside an instore owner.

You will shape pharmacy operations, drive staff development, and ensure top-tier service while implementing promotional strategies and stock control. This salaried role rewards performance with above award compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure workplace Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards are maintained.
• Uphold Direct Chemist Outlet policies and procedures.
