Star Pharmacy Group is seeking a Retail Manager at Star Discount Chemist Aitkenvale to lead a customer-focused team and deliver operational excellence.

You will motivate and coach staff, manage stock and budgets, optimise rosters, and uphold compliance while driving sales and customer loyalty. This role offers a supportive, growth-oriented environment with training and staff discounts.

Competenze

• Proven retail or team management experience, preferably in pharmacy or health retail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and payroll.
• Police clearance current or willing to obtain.
• Monday–Friday availability.

• Thrives working in a fast paced environment.
• Current or willing-to-obtain police clearance.
• Monday- Friday Availability
