Job summary

Direct Chemist Outlet Pty in Melbourne is seeking a capable store leader to help shape a brand new pharmacy. This is a salaried role with above-award terms for the right applicant.

You will oversee OHS compliance, catalogue coordination, recruitment and staff development, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining stock levels and store presentation. You’ll drive team performance and business growth with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience required.
• Strong merchandising capabilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in literacy and numeracy.
• Computer literacy; POS Works POS system experience preferred.
