Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries/ escalations.
Manage stock levels, inventory control, stock replenishment, stocktake.
Ensure accurate cash handling, banking, till reconciliation.
Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and brand standards.
Monitor expenses and operational costs to support profitability.
Prepare and review sales and performance reports; take action.
Ensure compliance with policies, WHS requirements and legislation.
Manage staff rosters, attendance, leave, and daily tasks.
Coordinate promotions and visual merchandising activities.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Liaise with suppliers, head office, and other departments.
