The Bernardi Group is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead a large team and uphold exceptional customer service across its Central West NSW stores. You will drive sales, merchandise presentation and store operations with a hands-on leadership style in a dynamic family‑owned environment.

Based in NSW, the role offers full-time, permanent employment with a base salary of A$79,430 per year and flexible working conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous supermarket Retail Manager experience
• Diploma or at least 3 years of experience
• Customer service focused
• Ability to engage, mentor and lead a team of 100 staff
• Understanding of supermarket best practice including P&L management, inventory & merchandising
• Excellent communication skills

About the Role

This full‑time Retail Manager works under the guidance of the Store Manager in the Central West region. The role requires a highly organised and capable individual eager to learn and quick to adapt to new environments. You will create and maintain a vibrant store culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service. Attention to detail is essential, and the successful candidate will play a key role in the success of our business by ensuring sales, store and merchandise appearance, customer service and operational functions are first class every day.
