Additionally, the Retail Manager is responsible for leading and developing staff, maintaining a safe and customer-focused workplace, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards and all relevant regulatory requirements. • Recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure efficient performance and productivity.
• Ensuring all activities comply with occupational health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in as Retail or Store Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Knowledge of inventory control, sales processes, and basic financial management
