Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth performance.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to meet sales/CS targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain high standards.
• Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for the store.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries/ escalations.
• Manage stock levels, inventory control, stock replenishment, stocktake.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, banking, till reconciliation.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and brand standards.
• Monitor expenses and operational costs to support profitability.
• Prepare and review sales and performance reports; take action.
• Ensure compliance with policies, WHS requirements and legislation.
• Manage staff rosters, attendance, leave, and daily tasks.
• Coordinate promotions and visual merchandising activities.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with suppliers, head office, and other departments.
