Job summary

SEEK Australia fashion retailer in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a high‑volume store, driving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach and develop the team, manage rostering, stock control and compliance, optimise store performance through KPI focus, and maintain outstanding visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Senior Retail Leader
• Experience in fashion, outlet, lifestyle, premium or customer-focused environments
• Track record of achieving sales targets, KPIs and commercial outcomes
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team to deliver results
• Experience managing rostering, stock control and compliance
• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities from performance data
• Confident leading a team in a high-volume retail setting
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Passion for customer experience and team culture
• Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
