Job summary

Sigma Healthcare's Chemist Warehouse in Hamilton, NSW is seeking a Retail Coordinator to lead the front‑of‑store pharmacy team. In this hands‑on role you will supervise colleagues, ensure high service standards, and support day‑to‑day operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach staff, manage stock and merchandising, support prescription workflows, and contribute to sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior pharmacy assistant or retail professional.
• Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or Retail is highly regarded.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff.
• Knowledge of pharmacy or retail products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline team to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Support Pharmacy Medicines and prescription workflows where required.
• Work with Retail Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with store procedures and safety standards.
