Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Retail Coordinator for our Charlestown NSW stores. In this hands-on leadership role, you will support day-to-day operations of the front of pharmacy while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will supervise frontline team members, ensure high standards of service, product knowledge, and compliance, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a chance to advance into leadership within a national network.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior pharmacy assistant or retail professional is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to supervise, coach and support frontline team members.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with pharmacy products and services.
• Supervise and support Pharmacy Assistants to maintain service standards.
• Coach and mentor team members and support training and development.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising and store presentation.
• Support promotional activity and ensure accurate pricing and displays.
