Responsibilities

• Assist customers with pharmacy products and over-the-counter medicines
• Guide on Pharmacy Medicines and support prescription workflows
• Supervise and support Pharmacy Assistants
• Coach and mentor team members
• Manage stock levels and store presentation
• Support promotional activity and pricing displays
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints
• Work with Retail Manager to achieve sales targets
• Ensure safety and policy compliance
