Chemist Warehouse Charlestown NSW is seeking a Retail Coordinator to lead our pharmacy team and manage day-to-day store operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise frontline team members, ensure high service standards, maintain product knowledge, and support training and development in a fast-paced retail environment across our national network.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a senior pharmacy assistant or retail professional.
• Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or Retail highly regarded.
• Strong customer service skills and rapport-building.
• Proven ability to supervise and coach team members.
• Sound knowledge of pharmacy or retail products and services.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and support Pharmacy Assistants to ensure high standards of service.
• Coach and mentor team members and assist with training and development.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation standards.
• Support promotional activity and ensure pricing and displays are accurate.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Work with the Retail Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with store procedures, safety standards, and policies.
