Job summary

Sigma Healthcare is seeking a Retail Coordinator to join our pharmacy team in Hamilton, NSW. This hands-on leadership role supports day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and high service standards.

You will supervise frontline team members, coach development, manage stock and merchandising, and partner with the Retail Manager to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth across a national network.

Qualifications

• Senior pharmacy assistant or retail leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge.
• Ability to supervise, coach and develop frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with pharmacy and health products and guide prescription workflows where needed.
• Supervise and mentor Pharmacy Assistants to maintain high service standards.
• Manage stock, merchandising, pricing, and store presentation.
• Lead training and development, support promotions and displays.
• Collaborate with the Retail Manager to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Uphold safety, privacy, and store policies.
