Job summary

JLL is seeking a Retail Coordinator in Australia to ensure the smooth, welcoming operation of our retail centres. You will be the central hub for reception and inquiries from customers, retailers, and contractors, while maintaining centre databases and supporting the management team across Centre, Operations, Marketing and Administration.

You will manage daily banking, purchase orders, and accounts payable/receivable, and assist with meeting minutes, risk audits, and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a high-volume administration, coordination, or customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Experience with financial administrative tasks, including banking and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact at the centre, delivering high-quality customer service.
• Maintain accurate centre databases, coordinate contractor compliance, and conduct store inductions.
• Manage daily banking of rental payments, raise purchase orders, and support accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist the Centre Manager, Operations Manager, and Marketing Manager with admin tasks and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate tenancy compliance with weekly audits and communicate requirements to tenants.
• Administer systems like car park management, security bookings, and CCTV data releases.
• Support health, safety, and security logistics, including Proclaim updates and first aid supplies.
• Handle lost property, mail, filing, and office stationery orders.
