You will lead a team, coordinate during busy services, and assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure guests feel cared for from start to finish.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waitstaff or similar hospitality role.
• Confidence leading a team and coordinating staff during busy restaurant services.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Good communication, organisation and time management skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A sound understanding of food safety, workplace health and safety, and responsible service requirements where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth service.

About the Role

The Restaurant Supervisor will play a key role in the daily running of the restaurant, helping the team deliver smooth, efficient and welcoming service. Working closely with management, the successful candidate will oversee day-to-day floor operations, coordinate staff during service, assist with opening and closing procedures and make sure guests feel looked after from the moment they arrive. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people and is comfortable taking responsibility when things get busy. They'll be expected to lead from the front, help resolve customer concerns, keep service standards high and step in wherever needed to support the team. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, good communication skills and a genuine interest in creating a restaurant environment where both customers and staff feel welcome.
