Job summary

Joey's Kangaroo Point is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team and ensure guests have an amazing experience. You’ll be visible on the floor, maintain high service standards and support training to energize the staff.

• Has previous restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience.
• Is confident leading a team and running a busy service.
• Has a genuine passion for great customer service.
• Leads by example and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
• Has excellent communication and people skills.
• Can stay calm, organised and positive under pressure.
• Takes pride in presentation, service and attention to detail.
• Is reliable, energetic and brings a great attitude to every shift.
• Is available to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends.
