Job summary

Accor's Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise is seeking a proactive Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front of house during busy service, ensuring every guest experiences warmth and attentive service. You will coach a diverse team, craft schedules, and uphold the property’s high standards in dining experiences.

In this role you’ll inspire collaboration, elevate guest satisfaction, and continuously develop product knowledge while delivering memorable moments along Queensland's famed Gold Coast shoreline.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for hospitality and food service.
• Experience guiding and empowering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work across weekends and public holidays as required.
• Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification.

Purpose

As the Restaurant Supervisor, you are at the forefront of creating a variety of dining experiences that showcase exceptional taste and service. Your main goal is to guide a unified team, guaranteeing the flawless execution of food and beverage operations while maintaining the establishment's high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

Skills And Experience

• Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitably and food sector
• Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Familiar and well-versed across diverse food & beverage settings and have flexibility to work across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
• Passion for engaging with patrons and leading a team of diverse professionals
