Frontline Recruitment Group - Gold Coast QLD is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to help run daily floor operations and deliver welcoming, efficient service. You will lead a team, coordinate during busy services, and assist with opening and closing procedures to ensure guests feel cared for from start to finish.

The right candidate brings hands-on leadership, excellent communication and a passion for hospitality excellence in a busy Gold Coast setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waitstaff or similar hospitality role.
• Confidence leading a team and coordinating staff during busy restaurant services.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Good communication, organisation and time management skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A sound understanding of food safety, workplace health and safety, and responsible service requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth service.
• Coordinate staff during service to maintain high standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure guests feel looked after from arrival and throughout their visit.
• Lead from the front, resolve customer concerns and support the team as needed.
• Maintain high service standards and a welcoming atmosphere.
