Job summary

Justin Lane Pizzeria on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the floor leadership team and help deliver a standout guest experience. You will lead Front of House during service, uphold high standards across floor, bar and rooftop, and support opening/closing routines.

The role demands 2+ years in a supervisory hospitality role, a strong service presence, calm under pressure, RSA certification, and a track record of leading by example.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or senior hospitality role.
• Strong floor presence and genuine hospitality instincts.
• Cool under pressure — you’ve thrived during busy service (e.g., Saturday night).
• RSA certified.
• Leads by example, not just by title.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our floor leadership team and help us deliver the experience our guests keep coming back for.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and supporting the FOH team during service
