Job summary

Applejack Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Manager for RAFI, North Sydney. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage staff and drive guest experience in a vibrant, award-winning venue.

Reporting to the directors, you will shape service standards, manage rosters, and work with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences while capitalising on strong tips and career progression.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years of experience managing in a busy restaurant.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about wines and food.
• Excellent customer service skills with confident, energetic communication.
• Ability to lead a small team and exceed KPI targets.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible rostering to meet business needs.

As a Restaurant Manager,

you will be an effective leader, service specialist, and passionate foodie. Reporting to the directors you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the restaurant and its staff, plus be the point of contact for all client and guest relations.

Skills

To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to have the ability to lead and work in a small team, have great customer service skills and a minimum 2 years' experience managing in a busy restaurant. Alongside the previous, you will also need the following:

• Passionate and knowledgeable about wines and food
• Outgoing, talkative, confident, and energetic when speaking with both guests and colleagues.
• Sound financial and business acumen
• The ability to work under pressure
• The ability to keep your team motivated and exceeding all KPI's
• Flexibility when it comes to rosters
• Gregarious outgoing personality with a touch of sophistication

Remuneration is negotiable
