Location: Sydney Flying Squadron, Kirribilli

Reports to: Venue Manager

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 + superannuation (based on experience)

About Foys

Foys Kirribilli is a harbourside restaurant and bar within the iconic Sydney Flying Squadron, one of Sydney’s most historic sailing club, conveniently located just a 5 minute train ride from the CBD and a short walk from Milson's Point Station. With uninterrupted waterfront views, a loyal local following, and a menu built around fresh, seasonal produce, Foys is relaxed dining done properly.

Alongside Foys, Flying Bear Café offers a vibrant daytime dining experience, creating two distinct yet complementary hospitality offerings in one of Sydney's most beautiful waterfront locations.

As part of the Bird & Bear Group, we value kindness, professionalism, accountability, and being better tomorrow than we are today.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, exceptional customer service, and leading a team to consistently deliver high standards.

This is a service-led management role, with a strong focus on the guest experience, team development, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of both restaurant and bar service.

You'll lead from the front, confidently working across the floor and bar, setting the pace during busy services and creating a welcoming environment for our members, locals, and visitors.

Working closely with the Venue Manager, Head Chef, and Supervisors, you'll ensure seamless communication between departments, well-executed events, and a consistently high standard of food, beverage, and hospitality.
