Job summary

Applejack Hospitality in Sydney is seeking experienced waitstaff to join award-winning venues across RAFI, The Botanist, The Butler, Bopp & Tone, and a new Wynyard opening. You will deliver warm, professional service in fast-paced environments, building rapport with guests and collaborating with kitchen and bar teams.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and holding a NSW RSA are essential. This role offers growth within Apple's portfolio of premium venues and generous staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, bar or fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Deliver warm, friendly and professional table service.
• Outgoing personality capable of building guest rapport.
• Strong communication and teamwork with kitchen, bar and floor staff.
• Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in a restaurant, bar or fast-paced hospitality environment

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and floor teams
• A current NSW RSA Competency Card
