Beach Byron Bay in Byron Bay, NSW, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead service excellence in our premier venue. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure flawless guest experiences in a high-volume setting.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of wine and food service, RSA compliance, and the ability to deliver results while maintaining our guest-focused culture. Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a quality venue.
• Formal qualifications in hospitality or business (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to implement systems, manage teams, and deliver on targets
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
• Sound understanding of RSA legislation and compliance
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Full Australian working rights
• Immediate availability preferred

Salary : $70,000- $85,000 Annum
