The Trustee for BFG Unit Trust – Surry Hills NSW is seeking a Restaurant Manager for FINK. This permanent, full-time role requires leadership of a busy dining venue, overseeing daily operations, staff, and service standards in a high-quality establishment.

Salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience, with staff benefits and opportunities for development and progression within the group. Australian working rights are required, with nights and weekends as part of the schedule.
