Job summary

Fink in Sydney seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and team leadership. The role focuses on building relationships with regular guests and VIPs, while upholding RSA compliance and high standards across venues.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a quality hospitality setting, strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a quality venue.
• Formal qualifications in hospitality or business (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills
• Sound understanding of RSA legislation and compliance
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 + super (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
