Job summary

Prince of Wales Hotel in Merewether seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team and deliver friendly, top-notch service to our guests, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth FOH/BOH coordination.

You’ll manage reservations, guest experience, and team performance, lead by example with enthusiasm, calm, and professionalism, and help us maintain the premium hospitality standard.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a similar setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills.
• Confident multitasker with a calm, proactive attitude.
• Current RSA
