Qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience in this role, working in a quality establishment.
• RSA legislation knowledge or compliance.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Available to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large top performing team.

• Assist with organisation of events and functions.
• Stock take and ordering for restaurant and wine list.
