Job summary

Beach Restaurant in Byron Bay is seeking an experienced Barista to join our front-of-house team. You will craft coffee beverages and deliver friendly, high-quality service in a busy beachside setting.

We welcome candidates with 2+ years of experience, strong coffee knowledge, and RSA. Immediate start, flexible hours, and competitive pay. Night and weekend shifts are required. Join Fink Group’s iconic beach location with superb views.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a fast-paced cafe/restaurant environment.
• Must be reliable and bring positive energy to every shift.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques; latte art a bonus.
• Immediate start available; competitive pay and flexible hours.
• Good communication and organisational skills; ability to work under pressure.
• Must hold RSA and have full Australian working rights.
