Job summary

UWA is seeking a Facility Supervisor for UniHall to coordinate both reactive and preventive maintenance, ensuring safety and excellent resident experiences. You will liaise with residents, contractors and Campus Management to deliver high-quality facilities services, monitor asset performance, and identify improvement opportunities.

Applicants should have a relevant trade qualification or equivalent experience, be able to read standards and codes, and demonstrate strong communication with campus

Qualifications

• Qualification in a relevant trade discipline or equivalent experience and competency in property management or operations.
• WA Working with Children card (current, valid).
• Experience coordinating building maintenance and services; ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Ability to read and interpret Australian Standards, BCA, codes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance programs across UniHall facilities, ensuring compliance, service quality and asset performance.
• Act as the key liaison between residents, contractors, service providers and Campus Management, driving high-quality facilities management and customer service outcomes.
• Monitor building condition, contractor performance, cleaning services and asset maintenance activities, providing advice on repairs and minor works while identifying opportunities upgrades and continuous improvement.
