Job summary

University of Western Australia is seeking a Facility Supervisor for UniHall to coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance, liaise with residents and contractors, and oversee asset performance. The role supports safer, well-maintained student accommodation and an enhanced resident experience on campus.

Applicants should hold a relevant trade qualification or equivalent, possess strong organisational and communication skills, and have a WA Working with Children clearance.

Qualifications

• Qualification in a relevant trade discipline or equivalent experience and competency in property management or operations.
• Current WA Working with Children card.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance programs across UniHall facilities, ensuring compliance, service quality and asset performance.
• Act as the key liaison between residents, contractors, service providers and Campus Management, driving high-quality facilities management and customer service outcomes.
• Monitor building condition, contractor performance, cleaning services and asset maintenance activities, providing advice on repairs and minor works while identifying opportunities upgrades and continuous improvement.
