Job summary

University of Western Australia is seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee maintenance across Crawley Village and Forrest Hall. You will coordinate reactive and preventive maintenance, ensuring safety, asset reliability and high-quality service for residents.

In this role you will liaise with residents, contractors and campus services, prioritise work orders and provide expert advice on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Some after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in a relevant trade discipline or equivalent experience and competency.
• WA Working with Children card required.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive and planned preventative maintenance across residential facilities, ensuring safety and service excellence.
• Act as liaison for residents and stakeholders, managing priorities, contractor performance and estate operations.
• Conduct inspections, audits and asset management activities with guidance on maintenance and minor works.
