Job summary

The University of Western Australia is seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee Crawley Village and Forrest Hall maintenance, asset management, and service delivery. This full-time role ensures facilities remain safe, compliant, and welcoming.

You will coordinate reactive and planned maintenance, liaise with residents and contractors, conduct inspections, and apply Australian Standards and codes. WA WWC and a C class licence are required; after-hours work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience coordinating building maintenance and services.
• Highly developed communication skills with residents and stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret Australian Standards, BCA, and codes for compliance.
• Current WA Working with Children card and C class driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance across residential facilities with safety and quality focus.
• Act as facilities liaison for residents, stakeholders and contractors to ensure service excellence.
• Conduct inspections, audits and asset management activities for continuous improvement.
