University of Western Australia is seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee maintenance across Crawley Village and Forrest Hall. You will coordinate reactive and preventive maintenance, ensuring safety, asset reliability and high-quality service for residents.
In this role you will liaise with residents, contractors and campus services, prioritise work orders and provide expert advice on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Some after-hours work may be required.
Campus Management is responsible for the planning, development, management and operation of UWA’s physical estate and infrastructure. Through integrated property, facilities, asset management, capital works and operational services, the team provides safe, sustainable and efficient environments that support teaching, research and community engagement.
Within Infrastructure Maintenance, this role is dedicated to supporting the residential communities of Crawley Village and Forrest Hall. Working closely with residents, stakeholders, contractors and service providers, you will help ensure facilities are well-maintained, compliant, welcoming and fit for purpose.
As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to complete declarations in accordance with the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-based Violence. A current National Police Clearance, WA Working with Children Check, and "C" class driver’s licence will be required by the successful applicant.
Some after-hours work may be required.
