The University of Western Australia is seeking a Facility Supervisor to oversee Crawley Village and Forrest Hall maintenance, asset management, and service delivery. This full-time role ensures facilities remain safe, compliant, and welcoming.
You will coordinate reactive and planned maintenance, liaise with residents and contractors, conduct inspections, and apply Australian Standards and codes. WA WWC and a C class licence are required; after-hours work may be needed.
Campus Management is responsible for the planning, development, management and operation of UWA’s physical estate and infrastructure. Through integrated property, facilities, asset management, capital works and operational services, the team provides safe, sustainable and efficient environments that support teaching, research and community engagement.
Within Infrastructure Maintenance, this role is dedicated to supporting the residential communities of Crawley Village and Forrest Hall. Working closely with residents, stakeholders, contractors and service providers, you will help ensure facilities are well-maintained, compliant, welcoming and fit for purpose.
As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to complete declarations in accordance with the National Higher Education Code to Prevent and Respond to Gender-based Violence. A current National Police Clearance, WA Working with Children Check, and "C" class driver’s licence will be required by the successful applicant.
Some after-hours work may be required.
