Job summary

The Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) is seeking a Residential Area Manager to lead our McGraths Hill, Wetherill Park, Smeaton Grange and Bathurst operations and a Key Account Manager across ballast sites. You will drive performance, safety, and customer growth while aligning with growth plans and capital investments.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience across multiple sites.
• Experience in reinforcing, building products, construction or industrial manufacturing.
• Track record delivering sales growth and customer growth.
• Commitment to safety and leading a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership of Distribution and Sales staff across multiple sites.
• Lead and execute strategies to achieve operational excellence.
• Champion a strong safety culture throughout the business.
• Oversee the sales channel to drive customer growth.
• Coach and develop team members across sites.
• Collaborate with Area, Operations and Regional Leaders to identify process improvements.
